Access will be granted upon written request by e-mail, addressed to the collection managers: email@example.com, copy to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the purpose of the consultation. The visitor must be covered by social security and civil liability insurance.
The days and times of access will be defined by the person in charge of the Collections.
The access authorization will be communicated to the requester.
An access agreement may be considered in the case of a recurrent reception.
In order to best preserve this heritage, it will be requested:
To complete and sign the visit booklet.
To consult the specimens on site, under the responsibility of Anne-Marie TOUSSAINT, in charge of heritage collections.
To use the materials of the collections (optics, computers, telephone, documentation,...) in agreement with the person in charge.
