The data posted on this site are public data.

They are subject to European and French regulations, including the Aarhus Convention of 25 June 1998, the Prime Minister's Circular of 14 February 1994 and the EWC Directive 2003/4 of 28 January 2003.

They are communicated to the public by the INRAE "in order to improve the environmental information delivered by the public authorities, vis-à-vis the main environmental data".

This database produced by INRAE is protected by copyright (Article L 112-3 of the Intellectual Property Code).

Partnerships:

INRAE gives users the opportunity to engage in different types of partnerships: scientific reception, loan of specimens, pedagogical receptions. The feasibility of partnerships will be studied on a case by case basis, and will have to be done in accordance with the charter of reception. For loans, agreements will be established.
